Conservation Edition Prints
Conservation Editions that will be gifted or given away, are not eligible for many benefits. The purchaser must include the recipient's information at the time of the sale to be eligible for damage insurance and the collector list.
Thanks for your interest in a quality print from Emily Gust Photography! Here are a few things you should know.
Conservation Editions
Conservation Edition (CE) Prints are Limited Editions or One-of-a-kind prints of which 10% of total sales will be donated towards conservation efforts in the province. By purchasing these prints, you are directly contributing to the conservation of Saskatchewan’s natural habitats.
CE prints may be featured in books, magazines, or other low-quality prints (no additional stand-alone prints will be produced).
Conservation Edition Details and Inclusions

Print Presentation. Printed on an enlarged sheet to include the name and edition below the image.

Certificate of Authenticity. Signed Certificate of Authenticity with the production date.

Subject Sheet. Information about the image. (general location and date, inspiration, and other notes).

Complimentary Damage Insurance. This applies once the image has been installed in the purchaser's home. Accidents happen and replacing one-of-a-kind of limited edition items is just our way of making life easier. Upon proof of accidental damage or destruction of the image itself (the main part of the image, not the entire print sheet) EGP will send a complimentary replacement print to the original purchaser. Replacements will be created at the discretion of Emily Gust Photography and only include the print (unmounted, unmatted).

Added to Collector List. This is a list of Conservation edition purchasers and collectors who will be emailed about the release of all new Conservation Edition pieces prior to public release, giving the purchaser the first choice of the image (first come first serve). Shipping
Processing and shipping of Conservation Editions typically takes between 14 and 25 days. Included is Regular Parcel Shipping with Canada Post. However, if you would like insurance added, please select the Premium Shipping option. This includes insurance of up to $1000. We can customize this to fit your needs.
CE prints come directly to my office. I inspect them for flaws then repackage them with the Certificate of Authenticity and other materials included with CE prints. If matting has been ordered, I will also matte the image, with backing to help protect the print during shipping (this can be removed for framing).
Special offers, cards, and orders that contain matting, signing and other custom options may take longer to process. Please contact us if you require them by a certain date and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Purchaser Agreements
By purchasing a Conservation Edition print, the purchaser agrees to the following:
I. Not to copy or reproduce the image to sell, distribute, or give away.
II. Not to alter, cut, or otherwise intentionally damage the delivered print. Doing so immediately voids the damage insurance.
III. If the purchaser decides to sell the print to another party, they agree that the damage insurance will be voided unless explicit requests for transfers are made to Emily Gust Photography prior to the transfer and the approved transfer document is received by Emily Gust Photography.
Complimentary Damage Insurance

This only applies once the image has been installed in the purchaser's home/office and proof of such has been sent to emily.gust@bluetines.com.Upon proof of accidental damage or destruction of the image itself (the main part of the image, not the entire print sheet) EGP will send a complimentary replacement print to the original purchaser. Replacements will be created at the discretion of Emily Gust Photography and only include the print (unmounted, unmatted). Proof of installation is required as is proof of destruction of the original. A document will be sent with the print that must be returned to emily.gust@bluetines.com to initiate the coverage.

Archival Prints
Archival Art Prints are the optimal choice for clients who want exceptional image quality and long-term stability, especially in rooms with lots of sunlight. According to our printer, extensive independent testing has shown that this type of print will last 200+ years without noticeable colour shift.
Printed on hahnemühle Natural Hemp 290G using 12 ink Archival quality inks. Framing and matting not included. Contact us to organize this with your preferred framer.
Matting and Framing Add-on
Framing through us is currently not available for CE prints. We do offer custom double matting with a 1/4" offset which can be added to most frames available on the market. We also will set up framing with your preferred framer if you so choose, or you can bring the print to the framer yourself to have it mounted. Below is a sample of the double framing we can provide. White is typically the default colour however there are a few colours you can choose from (just contact us if you want something other than white).
Board Mounted Print Add-ons
Mount your prints to ridgig and ready-to-hang boards. Ready to hang boards (Sintra 6mm and Aluminum Composite boards) are not meant to be framed. These are intended to be hung as-is. Note that with CE prints this will lead the image to be printed with the white border and edition information showing. If you would like this option WITHOUT the border and information showing please contact us before placing your order.
