Not all sizes listed are available for all prints. This is just to give you an idea of the investment required. Please contact us directly for options available for your selected print.
Thanks for your interest in a quality print from Emily Gust Photography! Here are a few things you should know.
Shipping
Your prints usually ship directly from the printer via Canada Post in most instances. Please select Economy Shipping at Checkout. All regular prints take 5-8 days to process and will typically arrive within 10 days after processing. You'll usually receive a tracking number for print orders over 11x14.
Special offers, cards, and orders that contain matting, convas wraps, metal, acrylic/plexi and other custom options may take longer to process. On average we see a 8-14 day processing time for these. Please contact us if you require them by a certain date and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Defects & Damage
All images are printed by a trusted third-party professional. This ensures quality and timely delivery. Because of this, we cannot know of any defects in the print unless you make us aware of them. If you believe there is a defect or mistake with your order, please email us immediately at emily.gust@bluetines.com. We'll ask for photos of the defects, a description of the issue(s), and will then evaluate options.
Items shipped directly from us will require pick-up from a Canada Post pick-up location. We do this to eliminate the risk of weather related damage if the package arrives when you are gone.
Damage encountered during shipping may be covered if:

The damage impacts the visual parts of the image (folds, water damage, or corner damage that is not hidden beneath framing or matting).

A photo of the shipment is available PRIOR to opening the package (you should always take a photo of unopened packages if you believe there is damage).

There is no reasonable doubt that the damage occurred during shipment or delivery.
If the damage inquiry meets these conditions, we may replace the image free-of-charge.
Prints
We are proud to use a Canadian 🍁 printer for our photo printing!
All regular prints are printed on high-quality Fuji Crystal Archive Luster, Fuji Glossy, Kodak Metallic or Fuji Deep Matte paper using high-quality inks.
Print edition and information will be sent on a separate card either with your order or mailed to you. Please provide your mailing address if it differs from your shipping address.
Archival Prints
Archival Art Prints are the optimal choice for clients who want exceptional image quality and long-term stability, especially in rooms with lots of sunlight. Extensive independent testing has shown that this type of print will last 200+ years without noticeable colour shift.
Standard options include high-quality paper closer to traditional photo paper but with more depth of colour, while premium options offer museum-grade materials with more options in regards to texture. Please contact us for more information.
We aim to make our prints accessible so we don't offer this on the shop pages, HOWEVER, if you are interested in this we can definitely accommodate you! Please see the pricing list below. Note that pricing is subject to change. Contact us to get updated pricing on this option.
Matting and Framing Add-on
We have recently changed our printer and are looking into new, more affordable matting and framing options. We will gladly work with you to help you frame your images. Whether that be sending your prints to your chosen framer, contacting a framer, or ordering custom matting for your photo.
Currently, we have limited matting and framing options available for order:

You can also request custom matting (no frame). Please contact us and we'll send you our current options for the photo you would like matted.
Metal Prints
Printed via Giclee Inkjet 12 ink printing process on a Chromaluxe metal panel. Depending on the photo, these will come with a polished or brushed finish. These have ROUNDED corners (to prevent damage and injury - trust me, it's worth it🩹).
Metal Prints come finished with an aluminum hanging- frame mounted to the back (5/ 8 in.-depth floating metal frame with keyhole hooks), giving it a floating look.
Plexi Mounted Prints
Printed via Chromogenic silver-halide printing process on Fuji Crystal Archive Glossy or Kodak Endura Premier Metallic. Plexi is polished for a clear, vibrant look.
Plexi prints come finished on 3mm Sintra board (1/ 2 in.-depth Gravity Bars) OR an aluminum hanging- frame (5/ 8 in.-depth floating metal frame with keyhole hooks), giving it a floating look.

Add a metal frame to your plexi-mount print. Available in the following options for an additional $50.
Canvas Wrap Prints
Printed via Giclée Inkjet fine art quality 12ink printing process on a Hahnemühle Metallic Canvas.
Canvas Wraps come finished with a paper backing, a mounting hook and bumpers to protect your walls.
Board Mounted Print Add-ons
Mount your prints to ridgig, ready-to-hang boards. Prices are in addition to the print price. Please contact us for more details.
